MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Mainly work:
– Technical consultants to clients. Understanding solutions, the client’s business requirements, technical requirements and/or competitive landscape.
– Pre-Sales Engineers provide technical sales support which may include:
• Collaborating with sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions, prepare bill of material (BOM).
• Develop and deliver technical education
• Support critical situations
• Design solutions
Beside (not frequently):
– Manage, Maintain, and Troubleshoot customer’s IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Backup, Network, PCs…).
– Onsite/Offsite Customer Support.
– Documentation (Report, Parameter Sheet, Manual, etc…) and report to customer.
– Manage maintenance team member’s schedule, activities (5 persons).
– Manage operation and maintenance quality.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

<Experience>
– At least of 5 years experience in corporate systems environment with a wide variety of Information Management systems, networks and technologies required.
– At least of 5 years experience in enterprise server administration.
– At least 02 years manage a team.
<Knowledge and Skills>
– Proven skills of Server/Storage Hardware & Software.
– Good knowledge and experience of other related technologies (Virtualization, Backup/Replication, Management, etc…).
– Experience in implementing and administrating Active Directory, File Server (Share/DFS/Backup), Antivirus, etc…
– Knowledge of related technology (Mail, Web, Database, Security, etc…)
– Experience of related application products.
– Knowledge and experience of Cloud Service (AWS, Azure, O365, etc…)
– Candidate who has Technical Certifications (Microsoft, VMWare, …) is an advantage.
– Documentation, Communication and Reporting Skills
– Basic business knowledge, manner, and mind
